Setting Availability
Availability controls when clients can book each team member. Go to Staff → select a team member → Availability.
Working hours
Toggle each day of the week on or off, then set a start and end time. Times run from 06:00 to 22:00 in 15-minute increments.
For hybrid businesses, each working day also has a Location or Mobile toggle, so you can set where you'll be working that day.
Time off
Block out single days or date ranges. Add an optional reason — this is internal only and clients won't see it. Time off prevents bookings during that period.
⚠️ Note: Staff members can only edit their own availability. Owners and Managers can edit anyone's.
💡 Tip: when someone's on holiday, add a time off block rather than switching off their working days — it's much easier to remove when they're back.
