Setting Up Your Account

Everything in this article lives under Settings → General.

Business details

Add your name, phone, email, and address. These appear on your booking page and in client emails.

⚠️ Note: only your phone number completes onboarding step 1 — adding an address alone is not enough.

Appointment type

Choose how you meet your clients. There are four options:

  • Location — clients come to you.
  • Mobile — you travel to the client. Adds a travel radius (1–200 miles) and a base postcode.
  • Hybrid — a mix of location and mobile. Uses the same travel radius and base postcode fields.
  • Online — all appointments happen by video call. Your address is hidden from your booking page.

Booking preferences

  • Booking window — how far ahead clients can book, from 1 to 365 days.
  • Buffer time — a gap automatically added after each appointment. Choose 0, 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes.

💡 Tip: use buffer time to give yourself a few minutes between clients to reset, clean up, or travel.
