Managing Classes

The Classes view (dashboard → Classes) is where you manage your fixed-slot group services — classes, workshops, and group sessions.

Two ways to view

• All classes — a day-by-day view of every class across all your services.
• Single service — a week-by-week view of one class type.

You can also toggle between Upcoming and Past classes.

What each class shows

• The time and service name
• A capacity bar showing booked spaces out of the total
• Attendee avatars
• An expandable attendee list with each person's name, email, status, and the price they paid

Cancelling a class

Cancel a class to cancel every booking in that slot at once. You can choose to issue refunds to all paid attendees in the same step.

⚠️ Note: the Classes view only appears once you have at least one active fixed-slot service with a capacity greater than 1 and at least one time slot set. See Group bookings and classes.
