Replacement Codes

Replacement codes are placeholders, written as ##CODE##, that are automatically swapped for real data when an email is sent. Insert them from the Variables panel in the email editor, or type them directly.

Client details

• ##FIRST_NAME## — the client's first name
• ##LAST_NAME## — the client's last name
• ##FULL_NAME## — the client's full name
• ##EMAIL## — the client's email address
• ##PHONE## — the client's phone number

Appointment details

• ##SERVICE_NAME## — the service booked
• ##APPOINTMENT_DATE## — the date of the appointment
• ##APPOINTMENT_TIME## — the time of the appointment
• ##APPOINTMENT_DURATION## — how long the appointment lasts
• ##TEAM_MEMBER_NAME## — the assigned staff member
• ##APPOINTMENT_LOCATION## — a smart location: the client's address (mobile), your business address (location), or "Online session" (online appointments)

Payment details

• ##AMOUNT_PAID## — the total paid
• ##DEPOSIT_AMOUNT## — the deposit paid
• ##REMAINING_BALANCE## — the balance still owed
• ##REFUND_AMOUNT## — the amount refunded
• ##PAYMENT_METHOD## — how the client paid
• ##PAY_BALANCE_URL## — a link to pay the remaining balance
• ##PAYMENT_LINK_URL## — a Stripe payment link
• ##AMOUNT_DUE## — the amount outstanding
• ##INVOICE_NUMBER## — the invoice number
• ##INVOICE_URL## — a link to the invoice

Business details

• ##BUSINESS_NAME## — your business name
• ##BUSINESS_PHONE## — your phone number

Links

• ##BOOKING_URL## — a link to the booking details
• ##CANCEL_URL## — the client's cancellation link
• ##RESCHEDULE_URL## — the client's reschedule link
• ##REVIEW_URL## — a link to leave a review

Online sessions

• ##SESSION_LINK## — the meeting URL (used in the online session link email)
• ##SESSION_MESSAGE## — your optional personal message
