Group Bookings and Classes

By default every service is one-to-one — one client per slot. To let several clients book the same slot, set a capacity.

Setting a capacity

• Set a capacity greater than 1 to allow group bookings (up to 500).
• Combine a capacity with fixed slot times to create a class — for example a Pilates class at 9:00am with 12 spaces.
• Once a slot reaches its capacity, it stops appearing as bookable on your booking page.

Managing classes

Group services with fixed times appear in your Classes view (dashboard → Classes), where you can see attendee lists and manage a whole class at once. See Managing classes.

💡 Tip: flexible services can have a capacity too. This is useful when you can see more than one client at the same time without fixing the times in advance.
