Creating a Service

Services are the things clients book — a haircut, a class, a consultation. To add one, go to Services → Add service.

Service fields

• Name (required) — what the service is called.
• Description (optional) — extra detail shown on your booking page.
• Price — in pounds.
• Duration — set in 15-minute increments, from 15 minutes up to 8 hours.
• Active — controls whether the service appears on your booking page.

Assigning staff

If you have 2 or more staff members, you can assign specific people to a service. Leave it unassigned to allow any staff member to deliver it.

Deactivating vs deleting

⚠️ Note: you cannot delete a service that has pending or confirmed bookings. Deactivate it instead — this hides it from your booking page without affecting any existing bookings.

Use the Active toggle to hide a service temporarily. Existing bookings stay exactly as they are.
