Connecting Stripe

Scheddual uses Stripe for two completely separate things. It helps to understand the difference:

  1. Stripe Connect (client payments) — your clients pay you directly through your booking page. You keep 100% — there's no Scheddual transaction fee.
  2. Stripe Billing (your subscription) — how Scheddual charges you £19/month for the platform.

This article is about Stripe Connect, for taking client payments.

Connecting Stripe for client payments

  1. Go to Settings → Payments.
  2. Click Connect Stripe.
  3. Complete Stripe's Express onboarding (UK only — you'll need to verify your identity).
  4. You'll be redirected back to Scheddual when it's done.

Connection states

  • Not connected — no Stripe account is linked.
  • Pending — your account exists but Stripe hasn't finished verifying it. You can't take payments yet — finish the setup to continue.
  • Connected — fully verified. Clients can now pay online.

💡 Tip: you can still take bookings without Stripe — use Cash payment mode and record payments manually.
