Managing Clients

The Clients section holds everyone who has ever booked with you.

Client fields

  • First name, last name, email (required)
  • Phone, address, notes (optional)
  • Regular client flag

How clients are created

  • Automatically when someone books through your public booking page.
  • Manually via Add client in the dashboard.

Regular clients

Mark a client as regular by toggling the Regular flag on their profile. If you have Auto-accept regular clients turned on under Settings → Payments, their bookings skip the Pending stage and are confirmed automatically.

The client profile

  • Left panel — the client's full booking history.
  • Right panel — contact details, stats (total bookings, total spent, last visit), and internal notes.

Internal notes are visible only to you and your staff — never to the client — and they persist across all of that client's appointments.

Use Email booking link to send a client a direct link to your booking page, pre-filled with their details.
