Go to Reports in your dashboard to see how your business is performing.

Date ranges

Choose from: this week, this month, last month, last 3 months, this year, or all time.

Revenue metrics

• Total revenue
• Average booking value
• Total refunds issued
• Busiest day of the week

Booking metrics

• Total bookings
• Completed bookings
• Cancellation percentage
• No-show percentage

Charts

• Revenue over time
• Booking status breakdown
• Top services by revenue

Client insights

• New vs returning clients
• Top spenders

Exporting

Download your reports as a CSV file for use in a spreadsheet or accounting software.

⚠️ Note: the Reports section is only visible to staff with the View revenue reports permission turned on. Staff without it won't see the Reports menu item at all.
