Sending Session Links
Send your client the video call link ahead of their online session.
Sending a link
- Open the booking from your dashboard.
- Click Send session link (or Resend session link if you've already sent one).
- Fill in the dialog:
- Meeting link (required) — paste your Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or other video call URL. Use a unique link for the session, not a permanent personal room link.
- Personal message (optional) — a note to the client, up to 500 characters, shown in the email.
- Click Send link.
The client receives an email with a Join session button. The booking then shows Link sent ✓ with the time it was sent. You can resend at any time with an updated link.
⚠️ Note: you cannot send a session link for a booking that has been cancelled or completed.
💡 Tip: send the link the day before so the client has time to test their setup. Your notification bell will remind you if you haven't sent a link for an upcoming online session.
