Sending Session Links

Send your client the video call link ahead of their online session.

  1. Open the booking from your dashboard.
  2. Click Send session link (or Resend session link if you've already sent one).
  3. Fill in the dialog:
    • Meeting link (required) — paste your Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or other video call URL. Use a unique link for the session, not a permanent personal room link.
    • Personal message (optional) — a note to the client, up to 500 characters, shown in the email.
  4. Click Send link.

The client receives an email with a Join session button. The booking then shows Link sent ✓ with the time it was sent. You can resend at any time with an updated link.

⚠️ Note: you cannot send a session link for a booking that has been cancelled or completed.

💡 Tip: send the link the day before so the client has time to test their setup. Your notification bell will remind you if you haven't sent a link for an upcoming online session.
