How reviews are collected

When you mark a booking as complete, Scheddual automatically sends the client a review request email with a link. Clients leave a 1–5 star rating and an optional written comment.

When reviews appear on your booking page

Reviews show publicly when both of these are true:

  • You have 3 or more reviews, and
  • Show reviews is turned on under Settings → Branding.

Managing reviews

In your dashboard you can:

  • See your average rating and star distribution.
  • Hide a review — dims it to 50% opacity on your booking page (it isn't deleted).
  • Flag a review — mark it for your own reference.

⚠️ Note: you can't delete reviews. Use Hide if a review is inappropriate.

💡 Tip: reviews with a rating but no written comment still count toward your total and average — only ratings of 0 are excluded.
