Your subscription plan

Scheddual has one plan: £19/month which includes everything. There are no feature tiers or add-ons.

Each additional active staff member beyond the first adds £5/month to your subscription, billed automatically.

Viewing your subscription

Go to Settings → Billing to see:

  • Your current subscription status
  • Your trial end date (if you are on a trial)
  • Whether a payment method has been added
  • Your current number of team members and any seat charges

Updating your payment method

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Manage subscription
  3. You will be taken to the Stripe billing portal where you can update your card details

Cancelling your subscription

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Manage subscription
  3. Select Cancel subscription in the Stripe billing portal

⚠️ Note: Cancelling takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund for the remaining days in your billing cycle.

What happens when you cancel

  • Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • After that your dashboard becomes inaccessible and your booking page goes offline
  • Your data is not deleted — it is preserved so you can export anything you need

💡 Tip: Export your client list and any reports you want to keep before your billing period ends, while your dashboard is still accessible.

Reactivating after cancellation

If you resolve your payment and your subscription becomes active again, your account and booking page are restored automatically — no manual steps and no waiting. If you need help getting your subscription going again, go to Settings → Billing to update your payment details, or contact us at hello@scheddual.app.

Staff seats and billing

Staff seat charges are calculated automatically. When you invite a new staff member and they accept, the £5/month charge is added to your next invoice. When you remove a staff member, the charge is removed from your next billing cycle.

💡 Tip: Deactivating a staff member (rather than deleting them) retains their booking history but removes the seat charge.
