Setting Up Online Sessions
Online sessions let you deliver appointments by video call instead of in person.
Turning on online appointments
Go to Settings → General → Appointment type and select Online appointments only.
When you're set to Online:
- Your business address is hidden from your booking page.
- The location in booking confirmations reads: "Online session — your host will send you a link before your session."
- All bookings are automatically flagged as online sessions.
What clients experience
Clients book exactly as normal — the booking flow is unchanged. The only difference is in how you deliver the appointment.
After a client books, you'll see a Send session link button on their booking in your dashboard.
⚠️ Note: Online is an account-wide setting — you can't offer a mix of online and in-person services at the same time. If you need both, use Hybrid mode and send session links manually for your online bookings. See Sending session links.
