Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 2026
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Scheddual platform operated by Scheddual Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17251898) at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ ("Scheddual", "we", "us").
By registering for and using Scheddual you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
These Terms apply to business owners and their team members ("tenants") who use the Scheddual dashboard. They do not apply to clients who book appointments through a tenant's booking page — those clients have a relationship with the tenant, not with Scheddual directly.
The service
Scheddual provides an online booking and business management platform that allows service businesses to:
- Create a branded booking page for their clients
- Accept and manage appointments
- Take payments online via Stripe
- Manage staff, availability, and client records
- Send automated emails to clients
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
Account registration
To use Scheddual you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when registering
- Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with unauthorised parties
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account at hello@scheddual.app
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Subscription and payment
Scheddual is available on a subscription basis at £19/month for the base plan, plus £5/month for each additional active staff member beyond the first.
A 30-day free trial is available to new accounts. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period your account will require a valid payment method to continue.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You authorise Scheddual to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
Failed payments and suspension
If a subscription payment fails we will notify you by email and attempt to collect payment again. If payment remains outstanding after 7 days we reserve the right to suspend access to your account.
During suspension your booking page will be taken offline and clients will be unable to make new bookings. Existing booking data is retained. Access is restored immediately upon successful payment.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Upon cancellation your account and all associated data will be retained for 30 days to allow for data export and account recovery. After 30 days your data will be permanently deleted.
You are responsible for notifying your clients of any service changes resulting from your cancellation. Scheddual has no obligation to contact your clients directly.
Client payments
Scheddual enables tenants to accept payments from their clients via Stripe Connect. Scheddual charges zero commission on client payments — you keep 100% of what your clients pay you. Standard Stripe processing fees apply (typically 1.4% + 20p for UK cards) and are charged by Stripe directly.
You are responsible for:
- Setting accurate prices for your services
- Issuing refunds where appropriate
- Complying with consumer protection law in relation to your clients
- Any disputes between you and your clients regarding payments
Scheddual is not a party to any payment transaction between you and your clients.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Scheddual to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other accounts
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate illegal activity
- Harass, abuse, or harm any person
- Misrepresent your identity or business
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
Your data and your clients' data
You retain ownership of all data you input into Scheddual, including your client records, booking history, and business information. Scheddual does not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
You are the data controller for your clients' personal data. You are responsible for:
- Having a lawful basis to collect and process your clients' data
- Providing your clients with an appropriate privacy notice
- Responding to your clients' data subject requests
- Complying with UK GDPR and any other applicable data protection law
Intellectual property
Scheddual and its underlying technology, design, and content are the intellectual property of Scheddual Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.
You retain all intellectual property rights in content you upload to the platform, including your logo, business name, and service descriptions. By uploading content you grant Scheddual a limited licence to display it as necessary to provide the service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scheddual shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform
- Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunity
- Any loss resulting from third-party service failures (including Stripe, Supabase, or Resend)
- Any loss of data beyond what is recoverable from our 30-day retention period
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Scheddual in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Warranties
Scheddual is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability and address any issues promptly.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
